Our Mission
The Social Mobility Commission found that young Muslims are
"excluded, discriminated against, or failed"
throughout their journey into employment. We exist to change that.
IHSAAN empowers Muslim students across the UK & Ireland with the
mentorship, resources, and professional networks
they need to secure their dream careers — and through those careers, contribute to a more ethical and God-conscious society.

Donate NowWho We Are
Empowering Muslim students to excel, lead, and make a lasting impact.
Our Story
IHSAAN was founded with a simple but powerful belief: that every Muslim student deserves equal access to the mentorship, networks, and opportunities needed to build a meaningful career. The word Ihsaan means excellence — striving for the highest standard in everything we do, as a form of devotion to God.
We work across universities in the UK and Ireland to bridge the gap between talent and opportunity for Muslim students who are too often overlooked.
Our Mission
To empower every Muslim student in the UK and Ireland with the mentorship, resources, and professional networks they need to secure their dream careers — and through those careers, contribute to a more ethical and God-conscious society.
Our Vision
A future where no Muslim student is held back by a lack of access or representation. We envision a generation of Muslim professionals who lead with integrity, serve their communities, and shape industries for the better.
Why It Matters
Research consistently shows that young Muslims face significant barriers in education and employment. The Social Mobility Commission found that Muslim graduates are less likely to secure professional-level jobs than their peers, even with the same qualifications. IHSAAN exists to tackle these disparities head-on — providing students with the confidence, connections, and career tools they need to succeed.
The Prophetic Standard
"Verily, God has prescribed Ihsaan (excellence) in everything."
— Hadith 17, An-Nawawi's Forty
This prophetic tradition is the foundation of everything we do. Excellence is not just a professional aspiration — it is a spiritual obligation. Whether mentoring a student, organising a conference, or building a new programme, we hold ourselves to the highest standard because our faith demands it.

Connecting Muslim students directly with employers who value faith-driven talent.
The Challenge
Muslim graduates in the UK face a persistent employment gap. Despite having the same qualifications as their peers, they are significantly less likely to secure professional-level roles. The Social Mobility Commission found that young Muslims are "excluded, discriminated against, or failed" throughout their journey into employment.
The Opportunity
Employers across every sector want to build diverse, high-performing teams — but many lack a direct connection to Muslim talent. At the same time, Muslim students often lack the networks and access points that open doors to competitive roles. Faithful Talent bridges this gap by creating structured pathways between students and employers.
How We Work
Faithful Talent operates through three core pillars:
- Access — Our career conferences bring students face-to-face with employers across finance, law, tech, consulting, and more. Attendees gain direct exposure to roles and hiring managers.
- Mentorship & Readiness — Through My Muslim Mentor, career guides, and the Opportunities Tracker, students develop the skills and knowledge to compete at the highest level.
- Connection — Faithful Talent employer events create intimate, high-quality settings where shortlisted students meet directly with hiring teams — moving beyond CVs to genuine conversations.
Our Impact
Faithful Talent has already delivered real results for students and employers alike:
- Deutsche Bank Event — 50 students attended a tailored networking and recruitment evening, with multiple students progressing to interview stages.
- Tijara Ventures — 5 internship offers extended from a single Faithful Talent event.
